Website with CRM and payments
A website that collects enquiries and takes payments.
You see everything in one panel. For small service businesses that don’t need an online store but want to take enquiries, deposits and payments online. A fast website on Cloudflare, a simple CRM for handling clients and Stripe payments, with no platform subscriptions and no plugins to update.

The problems I see most often. And what I do about them.
-
Enquiries arrive by email, contact form, Messenger and phone, and then get lost in the inbox.
Every enquiry lands in one panel with the client’s details, the traffic source and a status: new, in progress, quoted, paid.
-
A client wants to pay a deposit, so you send your bank details and check transfers by hand.
Stripe payments straight from the website or from a link in an email: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods. The payment status appears next to the client automatically.
-
The WordPress site constantly needs updates, and hosting and plugins cost money every month.
A static website on Cloudflare: fast, no plugins to patch and usually no hosting fees at small business traffic levels.
-
Off-the-shelf CRMs are too big and too expensive for a dozen enquiries a month.
A lightweight panel designed around the way you work: only the fields and statuses you actually use.
-
Nobody knows which source brings in clients and which only brings clicks.
Every enquiry records where it came from: Google, ads, referrals. A simple report shows what works.
Tick what you need.
The basics are already ticked. Choose the rest and send me the list on WhatsApp. Based on it, I’ll prepare a quote with a cap for each stage.
Five steps, a budget cap for each.
I bill the actual time spent. If a stage takes longer than I planned, you don’t pay more. If it takes less, you pay less.

Frequently asked.
How much does it cost to run?
Hosting on Cloudflare usually fits within the free plan at small business traffic levels. Stripe charges a fee only on completed payments, with no subscription. A domain costs a few euros a year.
How is this different from an online store?
A store has a cart, a catalogue and shipping. Here you sell services: you take enquiries, send quotes and collect deposits or fees for specific packages. If you need a store later, the client data can be moved over.
Is client data secure?
The panel is only available after logging in with a code sent to your email, and the data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the European Union. Stripe handles the payments, so card details never reach your website.
How long does it take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the number of modules and whether the copy and photos are ready.
