Immersive website
A website you watch like a film.
Scrolling plays a scene: the product turns, the interior comes together, the camera moves inside. I build these websites so they impress and still load faster than your competitors’ ordinary websites.

Scroll. This is a website, not a video.
Every turn of the wheel or swipe of your thumb picks one frame. Up rewinds, down plays.
From bare metal to a home on wheels.
A scene from the Ody Sey Van project.
900 frames, loaded smartly.
First every thirty-second frame, then denser and denser. Full density loads where you slow down.
The problems I see most often. And what I do about them.
-
3D effects weigh tens of megabytes and hurt your Google score.
A frame sequence with adaptive density: only what is visible gets loaded. Ody Sey Van scores 99/100 in Lighthouse on mobile.
-
On mobile the animation stutters or doesn’t work at all.
A separate set of frames for portrait screens and canvas drawing that never blocks scrolling.
-
The effect hides the offer and nobody calls.
The scene leads to one goal, and contact is always within thumb’s reach.
-
There is no footage to build an animation from.
I help prepare it: from video and product photos to refined generated shots.

Parallax from the Ody Sey Van project. One photo split into five layers moving at different speeds. It weighs less than half a megabyte.

The basics are already ticked. Choose the rest and send me the list on WhatsApp. Based on it, I’ll prepare a quote with a cap for each stage.
Case studies.
A website for a camper van conversion workshop that you watch like a film: a scroll-driven frame sequence, parallax and a project gallery.
99/100 in Lighthouse on mobile
A personal project: a landing page for an Apple Watch charging case, where the 3D element is the core of the page, not decoration.
Concept project
An unusual, experimental design for a startup that organises company retreats where technology is switched off. A project with Zuzia Prygiel.
Five steps, a budget cap for each.
I bill the actual time spent. If a stage takes longer than I planned, you don’t pay more. If it takes less, you pay less.

Frequently asked.
Is this Three.js or WebGL?
Usually not. A frame sequence from a film gives you the quality of real video footage, works on every phone and is lighter than a 3D scene rendered live. I use Three.js when the product needs to be interactive, for example to rotate it with your finger.
Won’t a website like this be slow?
The Ody Sey Van website scores 99/100 in Lighthouse on mobile and 100/100 on desktop. The first frame loads as a regular image, and the rest loads in the background, in the order it will be needed.
Which industries is this a good fit for?
Wherever the product looks good in motion or a process needs to be shown: vehicle conversions, interiors, automotive, architecture, product launches, premium brands.
How long does it take?
Usually 1 to 4 weeks. The footage for the scene takes the most time, so we start with the script and a check of what you already have.
