Scope of work
What I did.
- Structure and copy
- Desktop and mobile design
- Webflow build
- Blog for local SEO
- Apartment reservation path
How we got there.
- Step 01
Location as the first argument
A map of the area with the key places shows what is a few minutes away. That’s every buyer’s first question.
- Step 02
Choosing an apartment by type
Three unit types: ground floor with a garden, upper floor, and upper floor with a convertible attic, each with a floor plan and a description of the layout.
- Step 03
Interiors and visualisations
A gallery of visualisations of the estate and sample interiors helps buyers picture themselves in their new home.
- Step 04
Trust in the developer
A separate section about the construction company and its experience, because when buying an apartment, who builds it matters.
- Step 05
Blog and FAQ for local SEO
Articles and questions that buyers actually type into Google support rankings for local search terms.
