Starting point
Arcadian Ball is an invitation-only ball at a secret location in Warsaw. Only a closed circle of people receive an invitation, so the website doesn’t need to attract traffic. It does need to convince those who have already opened it.
Goal
To guide an invited guest through the concept of the ball so that, at the end, they accept the invitation and buy a ticket. Everyone who visits is a potential guest, so conversion matters, not the number of visits.
Scope of work
What I did.
- Concept and mood
- Structure and copy
- Desktop and mobile design
- Webflow build
- Ticket purchase path
How we got there.
- Step 01
Mood instead of a catalogue of information
The dark, fairy-tale aesthetic of a night ball in palace gardens. The crest, scenery and typography chosen for one consistent mood that says from the first screen: this event is special.
- Step 02
A website like an invitation
The order of sections follows how you read an invitation: the date and secret venue, the vision of the evening, and only then the practical details about dress code, location, travel and entry.
- Step 03
One path to a decision
Every section leads to one step: accepting the invitation. No distractions and no second, competing goal.
- Step 04
Built in Webflow
A responsive website with practical information in an expandable list on mobile and calm entrance animations.
The website captured the atmosphere of the ball well, and guests moved from the invitation to buying a ticket without any trouble. The collaboration went smoothly and without surprises.
